Växa School Association stands behind Björk’s School (Björksskolan), Bruks’ School (Bruksskolan), Björkbacken's Preschool (Björkbackens förskola) and Bruks' Preschool (Bruksförskolan). It is a non-profit association with the aim of conducting education based on Christian values. The association's members are Pentecostal Church in Skellefteå (Pingskyrkan) and Bruks’ Church (Brukskyrkan) in Ursviken. The school association's board (huvudman) organizes the activities based on local conditions and ensures that the national goals and quality requirements are met according to the Swedish Schools Act. The board is also responsible for the association's finances. An annual meeting is held with the board and representatives from the association's members, where the school association's yearly operations and financial statements are reported.
